1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FXfolder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FXfolder is a digital forex trading community and education platform. The service hosts trade ideas and educational analysis posted by vetted community traders, a public trader leaderboard, performance tracking, and Telegram-based delivery of new content. The service is available through community membership plans (Community Starter and Community Premium) with a 7-day free trial.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The monthly membership is billed automatically each month and includes a 7-day free trial for first-time members. After the trial, your selected payment method will be charged automatically. The 3-month membership is billed automatically every 3 months and has no free trial. The 6-month membership is a one-time payment and does not renew. Card payments are processed by Razorpay, or by Dodo Payments for members in India. Memberships started before September 2026 may continue to be billed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

You can also pay with cryptocurrency (such as USDT, BTC or ETH) through our crypto payment processor, ForumPay. Prices are set in US dollars, and you pay the equivalent in the coin you choose at the rate ForumPay quotes when you start the payment, plus the network (blockchain) fee. A crypto payment is applied once the network confirms it, which takes from a few minutes to about an hour depending on the coin. Payments of at least 98% of the price are accepted; a larger shortfall is held until it is topped up or reviewed. Monthly and 3-month memberships paid in crypto have no free trial and do not renew automatically: ForumPay emails you a payment link 7, 3 and 1 days before each renewal, and you pay each cycle yourself. Cancelling stops these reminders, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Not Financial Advice

FXfolder does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Trade ideas and analysis on the platform are educational content posted by independent community traders and are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses. Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

6. Limitation of Liability

FXfolder, its owners, operators, affiliates, and community traders shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the platform or its content. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Use the service at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell community trade ideas, analysis, or other content received through FXfolder
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FXfolder after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
